Jorge Perez is one of those well-known collectors who is a high profile developer in Miami. He is the Chairman and CEO of the Related Group. Born in Argentina, Jorge has large appreciation for art and Latin America. Jorge has such an extensive art collection, that he was able to donate $20 million worth of art by Wifredo Lam, Roberto Matta and Diego Rivera to the Miami Art Museum. Martin Z. Margulies is a renowned real estate developer that loves to collect photography and contemporary art. Margulies has been a collector for over 30 years. In 1999 he founded a nonprofit organization called the Warehouse. The organization provides art history and education while allowing you to view his $800 million dollars’ worth of art. He works with the community and founded the Lotus House, a shelter for homeless women and children.
