Riverstone Holdings, Goldman Sachs Merchant Banking to Buy Lucid II for $1.6 Billion

Monday Lucid Energy Group announced sale of its subsidiary, Lucid Energy Group II, LLC, to an investment fund jointly controlled by Riverstone Global Energy and Power Fund VI, L.P., and the Merchant Banking Division of The Goldman Sachs Group Inc. for a cash price of $1.6 billion. Riverstone was founded by David Leuschen and Pierre Lapeyre.

Moving around the country can be a difficult aspect of becoming a member of a military family but 13News Now, the City of Norfolk, ADS Inc., and Operation Once in a Lifetime came together to honor service members and their families over the course of their annual Military Dream Week.

Success of program helps job creation in Maine

The Washington County Community College had 38 students who entered the training course for paper-making technology. The project hired 17, with 41 additional individuals hired by St. Croix Tissue. The new hires began working in September of 2018. The infrastructure for training new recruits was established by the collaboration. The positions in the mill pay higher wages than the rest of the region due to the Maine New Markets Tax Credit program, with excellent chances for advancement.
